Instant Short Links
Paste a long URL, set a memorable slug, and your branded short link is live in seconds — on your own domain, not ours.
Runs entirely in your Azure tenant — your links, your data, your domain. Create branded short links, manage them centrally, and insert them from Outlook without leaving your inbox.
From instant short links to enterprise-grade controls — Link Redirector works with your existing Microsoft 365 subscription, not against it.
Paste a long URL, set a memorable slug, and your branded short link is live in seconds — on your own domain, not ours.
Browse, create, and insert short links from a task pane in Outlook. Works in compose, reply, and read mode across Windows, Mac, web, iOS, and Android.
One searchable table for every link your team creates. Sort any column, filter by title or destination, and copy any short link in one click.
Pin high-value links so they surface first for everyone. Lock critical links — the Delete button is disabled until the link is explicitly unlocked by an admin.
Links that self-expire after the first click. Once opened, any forwarded copy is permanently useless. An amber “One-time · used” badge confirms it was opened.
Sign in with your existing Microsoft account via Entra ID. No new passwords for your users, no new user directory for IT to manage.
Control the full appearance of every redirect page with custom HTML templates — add your logo, colours, and messaging. Each link can have its own branded experience.
Show a disclaimer, terms of use, or any message before forwarding visitors. Set a countdown so the page stays visible as long as it needs to.
Every link records who created it, when, and how many times it was accessed. Admins see this across all links in the organization; users see their own.
Link Redirector deploys into your Azure subscription alongside your other M365 workloads. Your IT team owns the access policy, the data, and the domain — exactly as it should be.
Deploy org-wide from the M365 admin center
Push the Outlook Add-In to every user — or a specific group — without any end-user action or installation.
Access control via Entra ID security groups
Admins see all links. Users see their own. Roles map to your existing Azure AD groups — no new directory, no new passwords.
Your Azure, your data, your domain
All link data lives in Azure Table Storage within your subscription. AES-256-GCM field-level encryption at rest. No vendor access, ever.
License managed via Azure Application Settings
License keys are RSA-signed JWTs stored as Function App environment variables. Renew or upgrade without a redeploy.
The web dashboard gives your team full control over every link. The Outlook Add-In brings that library right into your inbox.
Search, sort, and manage every short link your organization has ever created. Status badges make link state visible at a glance, and every action is one click away.
The Link Redirector task pane opens alongside your compose window. Search your team's entire link library and insert any link at your cursor in one click.
Stop switching tabs to grab a link. The Link Redirector Outlook Add-In lets you search and insert short links while composing — and extract URLs from emails you receive — without leaving your inbox.
All features included on every plan. Start with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required.
Sized for a single department — HR, IT, marketing, customer success. A department head can expense this without a procurement conversation.
For mid-size organizations or multi-department adoption. ~$6/creator at full usage — meaningfully better value than Team as you scale.
Unlimited creators plus capabilities that genuinely matter at scale: custom domain, dedicated infrastructure, and contractual SLAs.
All plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start.
Every control IT teams ask about is either in your hands or handled by Azure infrastructure you already trust.
InWorks does not have access to your Azure subscription, your Table Storage, or any link data. Your tenant, your rules.
Destination URLs and message text are encrypted at the field level before being written to Table Storage. Encryption keys stay in your Function App settings.
All data is stored in the Azure region you choose when provisioning. No cross-region replication, no shared multi-tenant database.
Authentication is handled entirely by Microsoft Entra ID. No separate login, no password database to manage or breach.
Every link records who created it, when it was last modified, and how many times it was accessed. Admins have visibility across the entire organization.
Link Redirector requests only User.Read — your name and email to authenticate you. No access to email, calendar, files, or Teams data.
Everything IT teams ask when evaluating a tool that runs in their Azure tenant.
Most organizations are up and running in a few hours. Initial Azure setup takes 30–60 minutes; Entra ID configuration another 30. The Outlook Add-In deploys org-wide from the M365 admin center in about 15 minutes and propagates to users within 24 hours.
Basic Azure familiarity helps, but the deployment guide walks through every step with exact CLI commands. If someone on your team manages Azure resources day-to-day, they'll be comfortable. If not, we can walk you through it on a trial call.
Three services: a Static Web App (Free tier), a Function App (Consumption plan — you pay per execution), and a Storage Account for link data. For most organizations the total running cost is under $5/month, often under $1.
Your Azure resources stay in your subscription — nothing is deleted. Your short links continue to redirect as long as your Function App and Storage Account are running. Cancel the license and your links still work indefinitely.
Your trial license expires and new link creation is blocked. Your existing short links continue to redirect — nothing breaks for end users. If you decide not to continue, you can leave your Azure resources in place (links keep working) or decommission them at any time. We'll reach out before expiry to answer any questions.
There's no automatic import, but recreating high-value links is fast (about 30 seconds each). Your old Bitly URLs can redirect to the new Link Redirector equivalents during the transition so nothing breaks for people who have the old links saved.
Yes. Contact us and we'll issue an updated license key. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal date.
Because Link Redirector runs in your Azure tenant, Microsoft's existing DPA with your organization covers the infrastructure. For the software license itself, contact support@inworksllc.com to request our DPA.
Link Redirector was built by InWorks LLC, a software consultancy specialising in Microsoft 365 and Azure solutions for enterprise clients. We built it to solve a real problem we kept running into: teams that needed branded link management but wouldn't — and shouldn't — send their data to a third-party SaaS platform.
Every feature came from real customer deployments. We know the questions IT admins ask during security reviews because we've been in those reviews ourselves.
Based in the United States
InWorks LLC is a US-based software consultancy. Support is provided in English by email, Monday–Friday.
Responsive support throughout your trial
We respond within one business day. During your trial, we're available to answer architecture questions, deployment questions, and security review questions.
DPA available on request
Because the product runs in your Azure tenant, data processing obligations largely stay within your existing Microsoft agreements. We provide a supplementary DPA on request.
